Yeah, definately charcoal/wood. Red Oak if I can find some...to get the real authentic Santa Maria flavor on Tri-tips. Mmmmm!
I plan on a large round backyard firepit. The interior will be manhole block, the exterior, stone veneer. The cap will also be stone. In the cap will be some recessed anchor bolts that I can attach the steel box frame that has the grate, chain, and wheel.
