I would like monitor the inside temp of my smoker. I have purchased a few different temp guages that are good for watch the meat's temp but I want something that I can set up and watch my inside temp of the cooker itself. I do alot of slow cooking with a Oklahoma Joe's smoker. Over a period of 6 to ten hours cooking with it I end up needing to re-check my temp twenty to 30 times to make sure the temp is in the range I want it. If I could get a remote sensor that could tell me what the inside temop is, it would save a ton of trips back and forth from my cooker.

I recently bought a weber remote temp guage but I'm pretty sure it only monitors the meat's temp and not the inside temp of the cooker itself by beeping when the temp hits the desired range.

I'd appreciate any advice anyone might give.

Thanks
