Found a unique and good glaze for grilled pork chops.
Take one of those cones of Mexican sugar(in the produce section at HEB) and melt real slow in a sauce pan. Then add some juice and 1 or 2 chipotle peppers in adobo(?sp) from a can. Brush on generously in last 5ish minutes of cook.
