It basically took about 10 days between actually placing the order and having it delivered by the 3rd party delivery company.

I speculated about whether the parts are interchangeable with the DCS grills - haven't had a chance to follow up on it.

I have been very pleased with the grill - though the thermometer on the grill lid is already out of whack - never resets back to zero - will call Brinkmann to resolve - otherwise I have had a great experience so far.

Needs some getting used to since it can heat up pretty quick and keeping the burners on high will definitely char anything you put on the grill very quickly.

Past grills I've had including Webers, I've had to keep the burners pegged on high in order to get any results. So this one performs like it should.

I also live by the ocean so it tends to get breezy - my experience has been that as long as you limit the number of times you lift the lid the more heat you lose (obviously) - past grills never recover quickly enough - but this one does!

Like I've said - so far I have a good experience ... will keep you posted if you do the same.
