bbq galore finally came out with their 2k5 model bar b chef sidesmoker model. This one incorporates a lot of the mods that people have had to do themselves up until this point (smokestack, baffle, etc.). Screenwriter Dan (who posts on some other boards) got bbqgalore to include these mods on the new model.
Right now they seem to have some package deal for 299 (I'm guessing it's 249 if not part of the package).
I prefer having my WSM for smoking and chargriller for grilling, but if you want one unit that can do both, you should check out the new barbchef.
