I just got a new stainless gas grill (Charbroil) with stainless grates. I need help with clean-ups. Are hard wire brushes safe with stainless grates or how do you clean grates? Do you clean immediately after cooking while grill is hot? Do you use soap/water on lid or some kind of degreaser? How do you clean the drip pan? yada yada . . . . ..
