buy filet mignons!
1. buy steaks and let them sit outside the fridge to warm up. dont cook a cold steak.
2. add generous amts of KOSHER salt(dont worry, the steak will not be salty) and some freshly ground pepper(the kind you have to grind with the lid ya'know)
3. heat grill for 10mins. let it get hot
4. throw steaks on grill for around ~5 mins and close the lid. dont move the steaks until ready to flip for another 5-7mins.
5. take steaks out and let sit for 5mins. if you want, throw a little butter on top.
