As you've read, it depends on the cut. Top shelf cuts? Me...Old school Salt & Pepper, sometimes Garlic Pwd, then fast & furious on the grill. Harldy enough time to drink a beer, let alone mop the steak. Dude's has put you on the right road...

The Misses likes Adolph's Meat Marinade. Which I'll use once in a while on sirloins and such.
