I do not know if you read my reply when you posted your question in the BBQ Forum, but I would recommend that you take a look at the CharBroil CB940. I have had it for quite a few years, and I find it to be a good size for grilling and indirect cooking. It has cast iron grates and the charcoal grate is adjustable in height.
