If you really want to keep that temp in control then look at the Barbeque Guru. It uses a small induced draft fan and once it gets up to temp. then it cycles on and off to maintain the set point. I have a large version on the Austin National and it works great. They have a smaller version to fit the Weber Kettle with a much smaller CFM fan. Good Luck.
