I'm not sure what you mean about a seal. Do you want something waterproof so you don't have to use a cover? Or, is there some other aspect to grilling that you're considering?
I have a Chargriller and a Great Outdoors Smokey Mountain vertical smoker and recommend both of them for charcoal cooking. (Neither is stainless, btw.) However, both require covers to protect them from the elements, if that's part of your decision process.
