I also have a webber kettle that I use for smaller cooks. But I recently purchased a charcoal grill at Sam's Club for $199.99 and just love it. It has two zones and you can raise and lower the charcoal separtely to sear a steak or cook a dog. It has two quality temp. gauges and a removeable ash pan. I have done about 15 cooks on this unit and can recommend it without fear. It is great. Good Luck.
