Due to a move, I find myself without a grill. For a displaced Texan, this is sinful. I've used gas for over twenty years, but want to go back to charcoal. I'm willing to spend up to $1,000 to $1,250 if it's the best product. I would certainly spend far less than that too. I'm looking to feed a family of four routinely, but want the option to feed ten to twelve, as needed. Beef and chicken are the dominant meats of choice. Direct and indirect cooking is desired. I've seen a lot about Weber on this forum, and I owned one years ago, but I'm also considering something like a Klose. I appreciate your comments in advance.
