I needed the surface area and went with the A6. I purchased the D6 smoker box from Weber as a replacement item (about 25 bucks) and place it over one of the burners. Works like a charm. I also picked up the rotis accessory. I don't really care about the rear IR and I've never wanted a side burner, so this setup suits me just fine.
