Cast Iron Grills

Does anyone have any opinions on the cast iron grills linked below? Basically, they're two small cast iron grills with adjustable grill heights from Lodge. They can be had for cheaper from Amazon (I think the one was like $70). I do a lot of tailgating and have lately mostly just used Weber Smokey Joes since they're so small and portable and since, at less than $30, I wouldn't feel terrible if I ran over it accidentally with my car on the way out since I'd just buy a new one.

I think the adjustable height of the grill would be nice with these. Also, the heat retention would be nice. And at $70, I wouldn't feel THAT terrible if I accidentally ran it over with my car (actually, maybe I would since it might damage my tire). Do you think picking one of these up would be worth it? I may grab one if only for the new toy novelty...
