I have had mine for about 5 years also. For cooking chicken & turkeys, they are hard to beat. My family doesn't want anyone else in the family to even think about cooking the turkey for thanksgiving and Christmas.

I had the oriface drilled one size larger and added a needle valve inline before the ballvalve. I can go below 200º to over 600º. I usually leave it around 350º. I also added a side burner. It'll do porkchops and hamburgers ok, but for steaks out comes the kettle.

It is different than most other grills, and I have learned to like it more than I once did.
