A Hasty Bake is a really great grill and a so so smoker(it's the cook, not the cooker as many ribbons have been won with these units)...
Temp control is sort of tough on the low side.
Grilling is awesome, the adjustable grate height is hard to live without once you have experienced it...
I think they could be heavier duty for the price...
