i was at this years kc bar-b-q american royal , this was my first time there and i noticed some smokers with blankets draped over them o i guess help keep smoke and the heat in, i was wondering what type of blanket to use.i just started to smoke meat and i will have lots more questions. ibought a brinkman smoke king deluxe for use at home the more i learn the more i think of doing some competitive smoking next year just for fun,also i'm from louisville,ky and would like any information on any events next year in my area. than
