FYI, a sideburner is a wonderful addition to a grill if you do any blackening or frying fish at all. It also makes things like frying bacon much nicer by not smelling up the house. Lastly, living in Florida with no electricity after the recent hurricanes, the sideburner has been my main cooking device.
