My personal favorite marinade is italian dressing. Stab the meat with a fork to let the marinade soke in. Get a container and add the dressing, with a generous squirt of lemon juice, sliced garlic and onions. Let soak for at least four hours, turning the container over every hour or so. Did a test on friends with a pre-marinaded, one with BBQ sauce and my italian dressing, and mine was voted the best. Happy grillin'!
