Aside from the latest reviews on these grills (wasnt very good). Has anyone had much experience with one? I was here about 2 months ago and there was a big debate between a Holland user and a Holland rep (grillguy). I was almost to the point of buying one until I saw the reps unproffesional behavior. He went so far as to mention the founder and him were friends and continued to rail this holland customer apparently with the boss's blessing. According to other people in this forum they too have had similiar experiences. Whats the scoop on them?
