I haven't had my rotis real long, so I haven't tried a lot of differnt things. That said, I put just my standard butt rub on a loin an cooked it on the rotis to about 150 internal. It was one of the prettiest best tasting pork loins I have ever cooked. My wife came in and saw it sitting on the counter before I sliced it and said "kind of seems like a shame to cut it, it looks so good.".
