I soak them in water with husk on, and if motivated will peel back a couple of husks and remove silk. After you have soaked for at least 30 min.. Simply put them on the Weber at med. you can give them a squeese to find out when they are done. You can also add your flavored butter inside the husks right before placing on grill, rem. to put the husk back to protect the kernals while cooking.

I also just tried no husk, corn cob right on the grill. I did this at low heat, and turned out ok. I used the corn in a corn salsa mix. The kernals had a great smoky flavor too them, combined with the grilled chilis and peppers, the salsa turned out super....
