While I can't speak for Lowes I can give a few insights into the Depot. Our product line for grills is set around the first of the year for the following season. All catalog pages and most lit. and ads are set very close to the same time. By the time Febuary rolls around everything is set in stone. That being said, the full line of Charbroil is available to Home Depot. This time of the year there are many new and inexperienced associates in the Garden dept. You probally ran accross someone who doesn't know how to get the grill you want. Contact the Ass. Manager in charge of the Garden Dept. and explain your problem to him or her. This is the person that can make it happen. It only takes a couple of phone calls to get the right product numbers and with that information the grill can be special ordered. Most of the manufacturers go through represenative companies, and sometimes they are lax in supplying information to us at the store level, especially new product info. Getting the grill for you will take a few extra steps, and quite a few associates, because of inexperience, don't know the direction to start walking in
