I was interested in them as well. I know a rep for the company, and he is a darn good cook. Cooks KCBS, with a kind of holland rigged for charcoal. He does very well. I finally cooked on one that was on a pontoon boat I rented. It is just as Stogie said, more of an oven. If you are looking for something that is easy and wont burn up your food, go for it. If you are looking for flexibility look somewhere else.
