Holland Grills

Would like to get info from Holland Grill users. I went to a demo the other day and was really impressed with what was being turned out, but am not sure if it was the grill or the griller.

From what I see and hear, though, grilling on a Holland is different from using other grills. Would like to hear from some Holland users as to their experience.

There will be another demo in July, and at that time they said they would do a couple of steaks, so I'll see then what it can do in that area. Am torn between the Holland and the Weber and looking for all the input I can get to help me decide.
