There's a chain called "Barbecues Galore"; I don't know if it's in Pennsylvania. They'll have all that stuff, but it's probably a little overpriced.
You may be able to find wood chunks at a Home Depot, Lowe's, or similar. Thermometers can be found in the kitchen section of many Target or Wal-Mart stores. I would presume that mops would also be at those locations.
