I have done some extensive study of the Weber and I am impressed with all the positive press and loyalty that is out there. Small concern that they are mass marketed at Home Depot, but in today's age I guess that is to be expected.
Specific to Weber, what advantages are there from a performance standpoint of moving up to Gold from Silver? And are cast iron grates a preference over ss? We will be doing steaks, veg and fish...
