Hey Chefdad, can you tell us how you cook them? I make them quite a lot (i.e., when they're on sale), and I do like them, but I can't seem to get them as tender as my ribeyes.
A cook at a good restaurant I know made me one once that knocked my socks off....tender, juicy, pretty much perfect, but I haven't had that much luck on my grill with them.
Can you help?
