I might sound like a broken record here but here it goes.
I have had numerous quality issues with numerous Brinkmann products. My hands down suggestion to anyone looking for a grill - especially a gas grill - is the WEBER line. Personally I would skip the sideburner option. I had posted my paint fire experience a while back but I cannot find it. But to quote David on his post dated 1/5/04:
"I looked the brinkman grills over thoroughly and was impressed with the looks of them but from what I have read in different forums there are more unhappy customers than happy ones. I guess customer service is kinda hard to get a hold of and I still dont see them mentioned on their website either. I will say this for weber, they stand behind their products. I have a grill that is 3yrs old and the regulator started hissing so they sent me a new one free of charge no questions asked."
