We have a # 7 as well. Great cooker - can indirect for 18 hours, grill steaks at 850 degrees, and even smoke cheese and nuts around 100. As the other post mentioned, put a message on the K forum and see if anyone in your area would be willing to show theirs to you. If your in the great Philadelphia, PA area you can come see ours.
