nope..no lemon..Just split the shell...wiped meat down with a mix of butter and fresh parsley..let the butter sit at room temp so it was like a paste then mixed in some chopped parsley..and wiped the lobster meat down with it..coooked shell side down then toward the end I flipped and cooked meat side down for a couple minutes..we still have steak leftover but the lobster is gone!
