Seems that most recipes I read have you pan searing filet mignon and then finishing them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 375 or so. I want to simply grill them on my weber. Is there any reason why I can't finish these on the grill instead of putting them in an oven? I figured about 4 minutes first side, 3 minutes or so on the flip side.
