Bill, cut the shell right down the middle. You can now separate the meat from the shell. Pull it out (but do not detach it from the tail end).. The meat will now rest on top of the shell. Keep it simple with lobster. You can add melted butter and lemon to it while you are grilling it. I usually have the meat down for maybe 4 or 5 minutes and then flip it over and finish off with shell down. Cook until the meat is firm. Depending on your temp that should be another 10 minutes. I also will make sure the grill is oiled, so the lobster meat doesn't stick... Enjoy.
