like the rest here, i hav had more than my fair share of pork steaks. but we never had them as fancy as what yer reading here. when i read juggy was cooking(on the grill i assume) for 2 to 4 hours, i'm thinking "what! how in the hell....) but we know juggy and that aint no bull he's speading.
but for me as a kid, dad just threw them babies on the grill, no seasoning of any kind. grilled them and added his own homemade bbq sauce. he did his ribs the same way. man those were good. ain't had one though. i think i got me a case of pork steak burn out.
