I've seen some of my relatives go through marinading like Juggy... Jsut too much effort for me. I've been using a real light dusting of Head Country and Rib Ranger Spicey mixed together... They are not the easiest piece of meat to cook... I usually go by the feel to see when they are done. I like to do a real hot grill and flip after a few minutes...
