I like a shell or sirloin club steak better than a filet too. I have teeth, a little chewing is good for you. If you want tender, go for cotton candy.
Grilling a bunch of club steaks for a cater this lunch time. Got to make the $$$$$$$$$$$$ Serving with assorted steak butters, grilled onions and mushrooms, baked spuds and a crisp green salad.
