That was too funny. Just to make you feel better, when I made my St. Louis cuts Saturday, I trimmed them KC style!

When I was a kid, I ate so many pork steaks, I should have turned into one. With Maull's sauce. I still make them on occasion...sort of takes me back, but I really prefer them whole now!
