techincally not a steak but I just got done eating a USDA Prime tenderloin. Cooked on the grill at about 500 for about 15 minutes to a nice medium rare. Hard to beat that but with the cost that is defiantely an occasional treat. Otherwise I have to go with a ribeye or strip
