There is a Chef on food tv named Cheryl.. She is from Jamacia.. She makes this sauce all the time and she says she keeps a jar in her fridge at all times and uses it in everything.. She warns its hot, but says its excellent.. Very simple too..
Simply blend 10 whole scotch bonett peppers that have been rinsed and the stem removed.. Blend them with 1 to 1 1/2 cup of white vinager..
She says to start with one cup, then add more if needed to get the consistancy you want..
Pour that into a jar and add 10 whole Jamacian pimento seeds (which are allspice seeds)
