Depending on the thickness.. But for a 1 1/2" thick ribeye, I let it go 2 minutes per side. I do a cross pattern on my steaks, so each side of the steak is on the grill twice. I generally have my grill around 450*... I'll give it a poke after 10 minutes and if it has the right doneness, take them off.
