Cooking them could give a nice roasted flavor if you can get past the hotness, roasted garlic is also good, salt and olive oil to make a fiery mash. Then use the mash as needed to create sauces or doctor up bbq sauce then freeze the mash to use for later. Sound slike a plan.

If you were going to make a hot sauce would you just add vinager for a basic sauce? I'm guessing this recipe can be used for whatever type of chile you use.

Oh, my head- Any ideas of what to do with the Drano I have in a bottle now? Cook longer to make a paste? Mix with melted butter to make hot wing sauce? Tomato sauce?
