A while back I did a 5 gal. bucket of habs in the smoker for a couple of hrs after I cored and seeded them. Then I charred them on the grill til nice and crispy and chopped them med. fine in a food processer and mixed them in a bucket with some roasted garlic, rub mix and salt to taste and blended all with olive oil til I had a nice loose paste. Froze in small scew on plastic containers and add to what evver I want. Scoop out frozen and it's already cooked and ready to go. Add to Franks hot sauce (or whatever your favorite is)with some honey and rub mix and you get a real nice cutomized hot sauce to order. Still have a few containers left. Habs done this way and froze I think are much more versitile done this way. Add to stir fries, dips, sauces etc. Hope this gives you some ideas
Love those Habs....
Jon
