i have grilled many a frozen steak. they come out great every time. its really easier than one might think. i may be crazy but i think they are more tender than one that is thawed. if you wan't to, you can set them out just long enough for a rub to stick to them. we are talking maybe 5 or 10 min. then put on the grill.
good stuff lee, give it a try. heck do a side by side and see what ya think. if you don't like it, i'll buy yer steak. ;)
