I don't have a clue, but I'll take your word for it...that it don't make any difference...I don't think that I want to fool around with it. But here is something else I heard about and haven't tried yet. This gal on another forum said that they grill frozen steaks, don't let them come to room temp, just out of the freezer and season them and then on the grill. I'm not going to fool with that idea either.
