I've tried it Dylan (abviously not on an egg), and I believe they have been smelling or smoking the wrong stuff over on that forum... It's not going to make the meat more tender... If it does, I want to see them do it with a sirloin steak... In my youth a worked as a "grillman" at a steakhouse. I've tried cooking steaks everyway imaginable and somethings just can't be done... But, it makes for good legends... or is that myths? ;-)
